Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.
I will work under the assumption that you have read my T.O.S.
If you are caught breaking any of these rules, you will be blacklisted and blocked.
General Terms
As of right now, I do not accept rushed commissions.
I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
You cannot resell my art/rig for more than what you paid for.
Emote Terms
You will need to send clear reference pictures of the characters you want me to draw for the emote.
I can only do minimal changes once I finish the drawing.
The emotes will be ych so I can't change face shape and whatnot.
The characters will be simplified so if you want a certain detail to be included please inform me before I start on your commission.
You must credit me in your bios where you use the emotes.
If you are going to sell my art such as when you're going to rebrand, you must inform me of the new owner and must require the owner to credit me as the artist.
Rigging Terms
I will be working on YCH commissions as a batch, that means i will do art for the entire batch before i start on rigging.
You need a ready-to-rig .psd file of your model before commissioning me for a Live2D rig.
You must credit me in your bios and any posts showcasing your model. I am ok being called as rig mama/papa.
I will communicate with you throughout the rigging process giving you updates whenever I work on your model. (This does not include skeb commissions)
Before I start on your commission tell me how much wiggle physics do you want your model to have.
I do not accept any model created by AI.
After you receive your model, send me a dm if there’s any problems with your model (include screen recording of said problem) such as visible parts that should not be visible.
If you are going to sell my rig such as when you’re going to rebrand, you must inform me of the new owner and must require the new owner to credit me as the rigger of the model.
Payment Terms
I accept payment only through PayPal or Ko-Fi until I get a VGen Code.
Ko-Fi payments will have an additional 5% added on to the final price.
Once it’s your turn I will send an invoice through PayPal or you can pay through Ko-Fi.
50% or 100% must be sent upfront before I start on your commission
Commissions under $200 must be paid in full before I start your commission, payment plans are available for commissions that costs above $200.
I will not send the rigged file until complete payment is made.
No full refunds.
If you cancel the commission or for any reason I am unable to complete your commission, I will send you the .cmo3 of your model I have done so far and partial refund of up to 80% depending on how much work has been done on your model.
Extra work on your model that’s not rigging (such as separating psd layers that requires it) will be an additional cost of up to $50 USD.
Copyright and Commercial Terms
I have the right to post and publish the wip of the progress on my social media unless NDA fee is paid.
I have the right to post and publish the finished work on my social media unless the NDA fee is paid, which then I will not post until you yourself reveal the rigged model first.
I have the right to add the finished work into my portfolio.
You cannot resell my art/rig without my consent.
You cannot redistribute the rigged file.
You cannot put my work in any AI or Crypto .
Deadlines and Delivery
Completion time may vary depending on my workload/circumstances.
Emotes may take up to a week of start date for 1, it may take longer for bigger orders.
You will receive a complete rig of your model within 1-3 months unless otherwise stated.
Since I will be working on YCH comms as a batch, it can take up to 2 months depending on how much models I would be working on.
Complex models may take longer to rig.
I will send a zip file of your finished rigged model through either Google Drive or through Email.
For emotes I can send it through Discord if that's your preferred place to receive the files.
Communication
I can communicate through either Twitter DMs or Discord DMs.
You can send me a DM before you send a commission so we can discuss your commission.

The rig will come with 2 sticker toggles, any additional toggles will be discussed separately.
Rigging Work Process
Step 1: Commission Request
First I receive your request through DMs. We will discuss what you would like such as add ons, then you send me the PSD so I can look through the model file to see if it needs any editing or changes from your model artist or if it's easy enough to change I can do that for a small fee. Then we will discuss pricing. Before I start on your model you must send either 50% or 100% of payment upfront. Once payment is received I will start on your model. I will not ask for payment until it's your turn in the waitlist.
Step 2: Eyes, Mouth, Brows, & Head Movement
Once I start on your model, I will start rigging the eyes, then the brows, and right after that I will rig the mouth, with the head movement last. I will send you a video of the progress (this is when you can comment if you want something changed) if there is no changes I will start on the next step.
Step 3: Hair Movement & Head Z
On this step I will start rigging the xy movement of the hair along with the z movement of the entire head. I will send you a video of the progress (this is when you can comment if you want something changed) if there is no changes I will start on the next step.
Step 4: Torso and Arm Movement
On this step I will start rigging the xy movement of the torso and arms. You can ask for small arm bounce. I will send you a video of the progress (this is when you can comment if you want something changed) if there is no changes I will start on the next step.
Step 5: Leg Movement
On this step I will start rigging the xy movement of the legs. I will send you a video of the progress (this is when you can comment if you want something changed) if there is no changes I will start on the next step.
Step 6: Physics
On this step I will start rigging the the physics of everything, following each step starting with the eyes (please tell me how much jiggle you would like from your model). I will send you a video of the progress (this is when you can comment if you want something changed) if there is no changes I will start on the next step.
Step 7: Extra Appendages Movement
On this step I will start rigging the xy movement of extra parts such as ears/tail/wings. I will send you a video of the progress (this is when you can comment if you want something changed) if there is no changes I will start on the next step.
Step 8: Add Ons/Extra
On this step I will start rigging the xy movement of additional parts such as ears/tail/wings and/or arm toggles or expression toggles. I will send you a video of the progress (this is when you can comment if you want something changed) if there is no changes I will start on the next step.
Step 9: Sending Files
Once I finish everything this is when you send the rest of the 50% if you did partial payment. After I get the full payment I will send you the model file through Drive.
